Hey guys! Recently I have had a lot of questions about the products I’ve been using, so I thought I would go ahead and give you all of the links to those products in this post! I use the Mac Warm Neutral Palette on my eyes just about every day because there are so many colors that are great for daytime makeup but there are also a lot of colors to dramatize for a nighttime look as well. I’ve been using the Laura Mercier Smooth Finish liquid foundation before my powder, I love this product because it gives a lot of coverage but doesn’t look like it is painted on. After I contour I blend with MAC’s Studio Fix foundation in NW25. Another product I’ve loved using lately is the NARS Velvet lip pencil. I use the color Rikugien to line my lips in the pictures above but you can also completely fill your lips in with this pencil because it is so thick and applies just as smoothly as a lipstick. In looks 1 and 3 I lined my lips with the pencil and then filled them with the lipstick color “Saint Germain” to give them that pop of pink. I also tagged that choker from looks 1 and 2 (only 12$) and the Lipstick from look 2, “Heroine” by MAC. I have had tons of questions about my nail color lately so I also tagged that link so you can know the name of the color. You wouldn’t think this color would match with a lot but it really looks good with just about anything, and I’m not sure if you can tell but my ring finger is painted over with a gold sparkle to give it a little twinkle! The brow pencil I tagged is seriously sacred to my heart haha, I have used this thing for at least three years and I have never been able to find another pencil or color that compares. It is perfect for blondes who have a dark gold undertone in your roots like I do! I also tagged the tops from every post so you can find those in the links above. Thank you guys so much for stopping by my page, if you have any questions you can email me at email@example.com or comment below. I hope this helped and if you have any suggestions for looks that you would like me to do tutorials on you can also comment that below! Thanks again, and as always, stay delightful!
If Timberland Wedge Boots and Black Bodysuits Are Wrong, Then I Don’t Want To Be Right!

// Topshop Bodysuit // Blanket Scarf // Bag (Similar) // Timberland Wedge Boots ////High Waisted Leggings // Black Beanie // Kate Spade Ring // Necklace //// Lip Pencil // Lipstick (Russian Red) // Alex and Ani // Watch // Sunglasses //Well hello there, I hope you all have had a fantastic start to 2016! I can already tell that this year will be one full of progress and change because I have been busier than ever (hints to why the blog has taken the backburner recently). BUT.. I’m back, and bringing in the new year with one of my favorite new looks that I can’t wait to share it with you guys. So, you wouldn’t know it from looking at the picture, but the black half turtleneck I’m wearing is actually a bodysuit. I love bodysuits because they allow for that clean tuck that really accentuates your curves, and the all black creates the perfect palette for a repertoire of accessories. I paired the Topshop bodysuit with my high-waisted black leggings, a cozy blanket scarf (on sale!), black beanie, Kate Spade Tote, gold accessories, Tory sunnies, and my favorite part…Timberland wedge boots! I’m obsessed with these boots guys, they are seriously perfect for the weather here in Boone and they are super durable. They have about a two inch rubber heel so they are sturdy and surprisingly comfy to walk in. I accessorized this look with my gold hoops, pearl backed Kate Spade Watch, and my little Alex and Ani Collection. I went with a bold red lip for this look, lining my lips with the NARS Velvet Matte Lip pencil in “Scarlet Red” and filling them in with the Matte lipstick by MAC “Russian Red”.
So lately I’ve really been thinking about is how important it is to spend time doing what you love. It’s so easy to get caught up in the rush of things whether it be school or work, eventually finding that you are going through the motions without any time for the things that you love to do. I realized that I had completely overloaded my plate with things that mattered to me, but that I didn’t necessarily enjoy. Sometimes it seems like the more things you add to your schedule the better life will be, or more so, the better person you will be. Whether it be that extra experience, extra class, extra job, most likely something to add to your resume. I definitely think it is important to know that you have to push through the unenjoyable things to reach your goals, but while you’re at it make sure you make time to discover what you love, practice it, and eventually you will be able to incorporate those skills into your career and daily life. Don’t get me wrong, I’m definitely speaking to myself as I write this to you guys. I’m the worst about taking too much on, adding that one extra thing thinking I can be superwoman just to have it end in dread and exhaustion. I think it is more efficient and beneficial to put your best effort into what you know you can handle rather than spreading yourself around to the point that you can only put a minimal effort into the things your doing. Once you find that thing that you love to put hard work and effort into, you will be filled with motivation to complete each task at hand, so that is why I find it extremely important to make time for whatever that may be. You only live once so utilize that time and spend it doing what makes you whole with the people who lift you up and support you through every high and low. You might crash and burn just like I have, but thats the point isn’t it?! Get up and try again. Be creative, strive to be your best, surround yourself with those who push you towards your goals, stop thinking so much, and just live!I hope you guys enjoyed this post and can easily recreate this look on your own. Thank you so much for stopping by the site and stay tuned for more posts coming soon! Have a great day guys, stay delightful!XOXO,Kelly
